MY STORY
I'm Ariel, a military brat from New Orleans, LA, and I have been a licensed cosmetologist and advocate for coils, kinks, and curls since 2016. As soon as I found out I was pregnant with my first child, Evelyn, I knew I wanted to be in a field where I could thrive financially and get the flexibility I needed for my family. I became obsessed with healthy curly hair and as my clientele grew I got more comfortable asking questions, stopped sugarcoating my responses, and created successful treatment plans to my clients.
All my clients will tell you I'm going to actually listen, crack jokes, hum, sing (not well), or dance through your appointment. I may be awkward, and a smidgen introverted at first, but I know what brings my people joy. I want my environment to be inviting, help you feel beautiful, and embrace the unique skin you're in.
